Can you please help me describe clamshell door reverser schematic and hows it is operated?
I believe you are asking about aircraft clamshell style thrust reversers.
It's been a while since I worked on them, but since there were no other answers yet, I though I would give it a stab.
The thrust reverser doors are hydraulically deployed. The control is operated by the pilot in the cockpit on the throttle quadrant. The mechanism itself is pretty simple with hydraulic actuators and limit switches to indicate deployed or stowed in normal condition. The engine throttle is generally increased during deployment to increase the reverse thrust. As a safety system, the reversers are prevented from opening in flight if the squat switch (or weight on wheels switch) does not indicate that the aircraft is on the ground.
