Do I need a crossover if I get a pair of 3-way speakers?
Even if they're 3-way would I still need a crossover? I always thought that the frequencies just went to their respective component (sub, mid, tweeter). I don't have an amp or anything. I'm just going to hook them up to the head unit because I'm replacing my stock speakers.
