i would first see if there is a reset button on the deck, look over the face of the deck u may see a recessed button double the size of a pen, use the pen to push in the button to reset, if this does not work pull off the negative battery clamp for 5 minutes once u put the clamp back on run to the deck and listen and see if any motors are working to eject the cd or if you get any readout or functioning buttons.

the last resort is sticking something into the cd insert, should be flat like a credit card but long enough to reach the back of the unit to trip the load or eject mech.

bring a flashlight with you use a credit card to push away the black fuzzy dust thingy where u load the cd and see if u can see the cd, i have gotten cds out with hemo stats, some pushing down and some up on the cd.

there is a chance the computer part of the deck is gone and i would say get an aftermarket, you could spend $100 to may be get it going or 150 to 250 to get the new technology.

if what i say does not work get a new deck, you could get one cheap on ebay and have the car audio install shop put it in for around $50.00 or go to a car audio shop and they will help you.
