Help please!!!?? {10 points icon wink }?

If i go to an o2 shop at the weekend and ask them if they could fix my phone..would they do it..? What i mean is.. I put a lock on my phone.. Then my friend kept trying to guess my pin to get onto my phone.. I told her not to but secretly she still did it. After a while my phone broke :S I dont know how but it wont let me onto it.. and when i typed the pin in it said it was wrong :O! Then i said i guessed to many times to it wont let me do ANYTHING! It just says "PUK is blocked. Please contact your provider." grrr... itss soo annoying icon sad Now i have no phone to use.. icon sad so i was wondering.. if i went to a Phone shop or an o2 shop (becase my phone is o2) would they fix it and take the pin thing off?

If you dont know do you know how i could fix it?

It isn't the phone that's blocked its the sim card. It happened to me before im sorry but your going to need a new sim card but if you contact o2 they might give you one for free. Oh and your going to get a new number.
