Tiger had more airtime than the winner of the Masters Today. Most Woods fans probably don't know who won the Masters. Please, no speeches about his accomplishments I have followed golf for 30 years and I am in awe of his talent. I just enjoy any sport better when I can see the whole playing field instead of the tunnel vision focus on one player. Jerry Rice set more records than any receiver in NFL history but if the camera had been focused on him constantly it would make for a very boring game. I just don't grasp how tunnelvision works in golf where it would fail in any other sport. I guess America just has to have it's heros
I agree with the guy who said he's over exposed but not overated,he deserves all the accolades he is given as he is amazing and his achieements are great and the people who know this best are his fellow proffesionals.
However he is shown too much Cabrera and Perry where leading and Campbell up there too but they where constantly showing Woods who in all honesty was never going to win it was too much yesterday when there where many other players up there as well on similar scores or better I barely remember seeing Katayama at all who came 4th ahead of Tiger.
and whoever said Cabrera had no right to win can piss off after 72 holes of golf over 4 rounds the guy who wins it definitly deserves too,especially if they then win in a playoff as well.
He played great for 72 holes and made a brilliant up and down on the first playoff hole played a great third shot on that hole to make his par so actually he did deserve it and Perry messed up on the second hole playoff hole so full credit to him for holding his nerve and taking advantage.
