I Just fdisk reformatted and Reloaded for the 11th time recently and?
I have had a rash of issues.I have the orginal xp home pro..has internet 6 and also media player 10 .I have downloaded time after time the updates after install all 90 of them.. and installed them.I have had more issues with them installed with system getting spyware and malware and viruses than I did with just the plain jane service pack 2 and no updates..Anyone find this odd or should I be going ahead and updating again?
You don't say anything about firewall, antispyware, and antivirus. Am I to assume you are going on the internet unprotected? It is estimated the average time to infection for an unprotected computer on the internet is 10 minutes. I intercept the odd virus or trojan, and most of the rest is just tracking cookies that AdAware removes. Install and update these before you go to any other site on the internet, even before your Windows updates!
