I want record some music from CD's to 60 minute cassettes. I'm using a Sony CFD-S05 CD Radio Cassette-Corder?
I have a cassette player in my car, and want to make cassettes from CD's. I know I will have to add up the track times in order not to run out of tape, but I was advised the 60's would be the best length to use. I'm fine with that, My question is with 30 minutes on each side of these tapes, will I need to record 30 minutes on one side then flip the tape to record the other 30 minutes? The instructions don't give that much information.
A lot of CD players have a program function that lets you program the tracks to play as you want them, they also add the time up on some models. If you have this feature just keep adding tracks until you get lets say 28 or 29 mins. Flip the tape over and repeat again, this way your sure not to cut off mid song lol. How many times did we do that in the 70's
