sanyo tv with the number 3 stuck on screen?
the number 3 came up in lower right screen and won't go away. there is satellite service to tv but has been fine for months. tv is controlled with satellite service remote so original tv remote won't work anymore. is there a way to get the 3 off the screen?
its not a plasma tv. its a regular color tv. when you bring up the volume control the 3 disappears but comes back as soon as the volume bar goes off screen.
I'm guessing its a Plasma TV?
If it is, the problem is the burn-in image. Because the icon stayed there for long, it burned in there. Its a very common problem in Plasma TV's.
Unfortunately there is no way of getting rid of it. If you are in warranty you may be able to get it fixed.
