What's a good 401K allocation mix for these current times for a 24 year old person?
I'm 24 year old now..and i plan to join my company's 401k Plan. I'll put in 6% of my salary and the match is 3.5%...Here is the list of Funds.

Generally at your age it is better to stay away from the money markets and bond funds, or at least keep the bond funds to less than 10%. Many managers would allocate about 20% into international stocks. If you are more conservative, you can include a slightly higher percentage in for example the 500 or large cap growth.
It would really help you though if you read some basic books like Mutual Funds for Dummies as well as Investing for Dummies. They will help you sort out a lot of things.
