Which pre-amp tube gives more bass?
Im looking for good preamp tubes with a high gain and low noise quality and that could give out a lotta bass also. What do you recommend? JJ, Ruby, Sovtek?

Nah dude, not if you're playing death metal. Fender doesn't make metal amps.
Preamp tubes aren't the source of bass response. If you want to change the frequency response of an amp to fatten up the bass, you need to modify the networks between gain stages. If you're going for heavy mods, swap out the output transformer for a larger one that can handle lower frequencies without falling short. Get the plate impedance right. You would be surprised at what an amp can sound like if the amplifier companies weren't trying to squeeze every last watt of power out of each pair of output tubes in a game of specsmanship. I've got one amp in my collection that was designed to get a mere 20 watts out of a pair of 6L6GC's. It was built sometime around 1952. I've owned it since about '74 and no, it's not for sale.
You might want to change that cabinet too. 12's can be a bit thin.
