Sony ECM-DS30P Set-up Help?
use One-Note to take notes in my lectures on my M700 Toshiba Tablet PC. The internal microphone was not loud enough to hear my professors, so as a gift my parents bought me a Sony Electret Condenser Microphone ECM-DS30P.
It isn't working.
When I go to Control Panel > Realtek HD Audio Manager
it shows in there under Analog, but I can't get anything else on the computer to show it, let alone use it. I checked and my drivers are up-to-date. I've never used a mic before so I am hoping that this comes across as a unbelievably stupid question (I am a math, science, basic computer person).
Please help me get this to work so that when finals are over this week I can use it during spring term. Thank You, if anyone ever needs Statistics or Science help I will do my best.
