How How can I contact customer service for a Canon digital camera?
I bought the canon power shot SD11001S digital ELPH camera last week. At first I was happy, but somehow I hit the wrong button and now my pictures are real small and unfocused. I'm very unhappy now. I've tried looking at the book, but I don't know where to find out what I did wrong.
I'm sorry I bought this camera now, I notice there is no telephone # to call for customer support of any kind. Sometimes not everyone is good at reading manuals, I'm one of them. I'm sure it's an easy solution, but I'd like to know what it is.
My Nikon digital camera never once did anything like this. It's sad it is set up with this canon not to just simply default back to the orginal way of shooting pictures. Does anyone have this camera and know what I can do to get the orginal way pictures were shot when I purchased it just a week ago. Or do you know where I could get the telephone number of where I can talk to a live person? Again, I sure wish I hadn't chosen this camera.
Look under Compression in your manual. That will explain how to set it to the size you want. If you can't understand it, have someone help you. Also look up Reset. That would reset everythng to factory standards.
As with anything in this world, getting something new takes some learning how to use it. It is not your camera's fault that you don't know how to set it, or Canon's fault that you can't understand the manual.
You have had this nice camera only a week! It will take some time to learn to use it fully! You didn't learn to ride a bicycle well in a day, nor how to use a computer! You need to have some patience and take your time. You have a nice camera there and if it wasn't this camera, it would be another one that you would have to learn.
Here is a number I found for you. Try that one and see if they can help you. If not, ask for a number of someone who can. But first, ask someone to help you with the manual and see if you can figure it out for yourself. Your camera is a nice little one, and you should enjoy it for a long time.
